Mam what if we declare a static variable in main function..can we access it in other functions

there are no exceptions for main. it is also like other functions only. so u cannot use local static variables elsewhere

@Krishna Veni Ordinary global variables can be accessed in other files. But static global variables are restricted for access within the current program file.
