Princess of Wales Cathrine's birthday was on January 9th.
No one wished her and No wishes or Statements given to her on her birthday from Kensington Palace.

I’m in a journo group chat of people both working and not; some academics who are erstwhile writers (me) and some working for the tabloids in England, still. I briefly worked for a paper there in my 20s and am still related to the scene.
So a couple of days ago I went to a group chat with a weird interaction I had on the timeline with a well known British writer, in part bc it was SO ODD to me that a times person of the year 2006 was spending just so much TIME trying to steer me off something, it seemed. I’m gonna assume you know the general nature of my tea
So about two hours later we were discussing Charles and I mentioned that he ran a mounted mourning end of Feb which was reported as for Rothschild. We started discussing who that procession could have been for…
Within ten minutes everyone in the chat got put on a twitter ban for a week. Now, I’m not gonna ASSUME that someone reads our chat but every. single. person. Suddenly got put on a time out.
I’m on a week timeout from twitter, can’t get my gmail to work and Skype isn’t connecting.
I don’t have anything to add to that. I promise this is all true btw. I wish I could let you know more privately but RUclips is currently the only way I can talk to anyone I don’t have a number for and again… I was not the famous person in that chat but they were there. Everyone has had odd interactions lately with WELL KNOWN journalists approaching us in the wild to say there is nothing to see here.

The other day someone seems to have approached me and a group of other friends on Twitter. All of us write in some capacity.
The chat was all conspiracy. All shooting any tips we had to each other.
Everyone in the chat just got a week time out on Twitter with no explanation. Not uncommon for me but EVERY journalist in that chat also got a week ban.
Nobody has been given an explanation.
All of us are dark across social media atm and nobody knows why. It’s impossible for me to pass this along to anyone who would have no idea what sort of info we were discussing.
If this all breaks in a week… I’m here to tell you a LOT of writers are having weird interactions and getting weird suspensions without explanation across apps
Update: talked my way out of the suspension which is honestly the weirdest part of this!!!

Everything I've learned about the royals has been against my will and/or from tabloid magazine covers in the grocery stores.
Except for this. I chose to watch Paige's videos on it because this woman can make any tea interesting. 🍵 (I do come out of this hoping Middleton is okay, if only for the sakes of her children. There IS no "original photo". The photo consists of several different images clumsily cobbled together. Those people were NOT all in the same place at the same time. Some have even noticed the children were all wearing identical outfits at a previous engagement. I think more will come out about this as the photo is further scrutinized. I in NO WAY think Kate is to blame for any of this! It's shameful they made her issue a FAKE apology when she is already under a tremendous strain.

I don't even think Kate wrote that apology. I believe someone else wrote it. Some have said that she doesn't edit/photoshop any of her photos if they're going out to the public. She has other people who do that for her.

As a former photographic editor, there are a million ways to manipulate a photograh. This was an extremely sloppy photo shop edit.

In medical terms, "planned: can just mean "non-emergency." Planned a day or two ahead.
This day and age, people aren’t buying that any planned surgery takes that long to heal from, unless there were complications. I had a hysterectomy and was back at work in a couple weeks.

I work for the Fed, there was no money issue or missed paychecks. That’s the point I’m making about modern medical. My mom?! Whew! In the 1990’s they basically cut her in half, flipped her abs up like a car hood… I’m pretty sure Kate had a modern day surgery like mine, UNLESS, like I said above, complications.

Kate is actually a very lovely woman. She visited a childrens hospice where my little cousin had passed away. She spent hours talking with my Aunt and giving her comfort when she didn't have to. Shes the best of them just as Diana was

Idk what a Baby Bank is because I'm American but that photo was taken when Princess Kate and all three of the children went to the Baby Bank. I believe it was last year but Google it. Her and the children were wearing the exact same thing except the sweater is a different color. Same style sweater. Just a different color
A baby bank is similar to a food bank. Basically, poor people can go to these places and get given baby supplies (nappies, bottles, milk formula, clothes, etc.) which have been donated to the baby bank.

I had a complete total hysterectomy which entails removal of Uterus, tubes and ovaries as well as my cervix due to fibroid tumors and was back at work in exactly 6 weeks as a surgical tech standing and walking for 8 to 12 hrs a day but I wasn’t and still am not a Royal so I couldn’t dictate how much time I got to take off, my employers did so maybe she is just needing a reprieve from public duties but this is the most bizarre way of doing it and why it’s being so heavily covered up. I’ve watched both sides of this and I’ve gotten frustrated but the truth is somewhere in the middle and we will never know what that truth is unless someone speaks out and I doubt that will happen with their never complain never explain mantra. As we all know, “after Easter” is fast approaching so we just have to wait and see. In my opinion, I think that the timing of her return was selective with it being a Holy Day and it will create more compassion from the public.
But why wouldn’t they just say so? Noting to be embarrassed about and it’s sooooo common! Then at least everyone wouldn’t be worried!

I’m Canadian and this is the most I’ve been invested in the monarchy.
This is wild. The royal family is shady as hell. I’ve never been invested in them but I haven’t liked the queen or any of them much ever since I learned about Princess Diana’s extremely suspicious fate and how the royal family didn’t like her for such pretentious reasons.
I am not a particular fan of Megan Markle, but trying to blame her for the Kate situation in any way when they are literally an ocean apart is ludicrous. But the craziest part of this is the fact that all they have to do to make it stop is have kate make a 2 minute televised speech.

@@ANYHOO0 In my personal opinion, I do not think that Kingston's death was caused by William or the family. Considering that he was not only stationed in Iraq during the height of the Iraq War but was also a hostage negotiator... Most likely he was suffering from severe PTSD caused by his experiences in the war (and possibly other mental health struggles that we aren't aware of) and sadly suicide is very high in such circumstances. Also if William had killed him, he certainly wouldn't have attended his funeral or looked as if he were about to cry. Again, that is just my theory but I could be wrong.
There seems to be like ten new theories dropping each day Kate remains missing. Either way, I'm sure that Charles and the family would do whatever it takes to "maintain" his heir's image whether he did something to Kate or it was something minor like a squabble over George's education. In terms of the reporting about Thomas Kingston, that’s very much how unalivings should be reported in the media when the press are being responsible. I don’t think the reporting points to any weirdness. A catastrophic head injury could very much be a gun shot injury.

I had hip reconstruction 2 years ago this month and it was considered a "planned" surgery. I didn't have a set date until 2 weeks before the surgery I got a call. Completely turned my world upside down but worth it

I’m a nurse and I don’t think people realise how very very strange it is to be in hospital following surgery for 2 weeks, even a private one. As far as the apology from Kate do we believe she is the only one with access to that account. Yes there was a post but how do we know it’s been written by Kate.
yup, my husband had open brain surgery (he's fine now!!) and he was discharged after 24 hours of observation.
I'm also a nurse. And if there are complications regarding the surgery then yes. Recovery time in the hospital can be extended.

@AnaAcuraErica in medical terms, planned means not urgent. Urgent is when they see you and immediately put you in the surgery room. Planned means that it was scheduled, which could mean that they saw her on Monday for example and decided to put her for surgery next day or in a week or in 2 weeks. It doesn't necessarily mean that the surgery is scheduled several months in advance.

i dont agree with everything pierce morgan stands for but if i can give him one thing, is hes one of the few people on TV who isnt scared to ask the questions most wont and hes definitely not scared to voice his opinion and is very realistic about what the general public thinks instead of a washed down version. As a canadian i do not really care to much about the royals other than the fact that the queen proves all those idiots who think "a WoMaN cAnT rUn A cOuNtRy" wrong, since its always coming from countries where a man cant lead for longer than 8 years, but Kate is a mother and has kids that need her at home.
