His resignation is not enough. There needs to be an investigation into the ITV execs who protected his reputation over the victims.
What victim there been no victim he's had an affair with a younger man nothing happened that was illegal it was legal & consensual end of. He has now lost his job there's no crime been committed. I personally think it's awful he kept his wife in the dark on his sexuality and just decided to mess around with young men behind her back. He robbed her of her choice to leave or to stand by him and play a role until his children were of age, he made that decision for her.
I agree with the fact it’s truly sad and awful for her to loose her romantic partner/husband and big part of her life that she build on for all those years.
This isn’t a isolated case. It sadly happens often (especially in the past) that gay man get pressured by their social cirkels to simply just “not be gay” and life the heterosexual life and all that comes with that😢
He was also exposing her to a risk of a myriad of diseases. Everyone deserves to know the risks they're taking. Maybe he wanted to play Russian roulette, but he was also playing with her health, even her life.
The real victim was the boy, the wife was probably complicate with the lie for an easy life financially, you don't do 27 years of marriage without knowing your partner is gay, it becomes painfully obvious in the bedroom

I heard them talking about this on the radio, I thought, “what’s the big deal, he had an affair with a staff member”, but then I went on Twitter andddd 😅 yeah it’s giving grooming and I totally see why he’s getting cancelled. His management just dropped him.
Sounds as though the Theatre was a grooming centre, just as yrs ago PIE offered kids for sh_gs, including for many prominent politicians and police. Many forms of grooming, some more brazen than others, and despite many rumours, none of those high up were locked away. Others were though, I know as I used to heal one guy who was a part of it, he ended up in Wormwood Scrubs. He became abusive to me too though, although not sexually, but when I saw the real him I really felt for those children he'd abused, then told them it was alright what he was doing, and they were bad if they said anything. The bigger the monster, the bigger the cover ups, and toxic guilt they project onto others.
I’m not getting grooming at all. Phil wasn’t even answering him on Twitter. It was the boy who started everything and it was long after he reach the UK age of consent. If he was grooming the boy, he would have pounced once the boy turned 16!!!

I remember Phillip Schofield hosting Shazam, most Kiwis who grew up in the 80s probably remember him. He's appeared in various NZ media projects over the years and is a fairly beloved TV personality even though he's been based in the UK for years. It is very disappointing and upsetting to learn that he's an alleged child predator.

So here's what I take from the Twitter following is that he must have many requests to follow him yet he managed to find him each time and follow, odd. Then him saying welcome back seems very familiar like they have had a conversion prior before he was of age. I speculate that he was privately messaging him on Twitter and could have exchanged numbers, Or just continued on Twitter and to cover his back he wait until he was 18 to reply. Just my thoughts.
Clear as day they were playing the waiting game publicly to legitimise their relationship, sexual or otherwise. Would Matthew McGreevy admit this though, or has he something to lose, and has he once again done 'a runner'? Interesting name for that Theatre, Two Faced, and these paedophiles are so brash and arrogant at times, it would not surprise me to discover the name was linked to their sordid sense of humour. A finger up to Society; this is how sick they are. Many high up people were part of PIE, which was basically an organisation for obtaining and passing around children to these monsters to sh_g. Only the people on the lower rungs were apparently criminalised and sent to jail when they were busted, whilst Police Commissioners, MPs, Judges...all left alone. We live in a society where pleasure is tantamount, and privilege allows those near the top of these Apex triangles of wealth and power to take anything they want, without repercussions, normally. OMG!!!!, so his management dumped him, and now he has admitted he had an affair(which I knew three years ago anyway!) with Matthew(who he met at TEN years old!) from the Two Faced Theatre group he was a patron of, and it was founded by Simon Schofield who was also underage when he first met Phillip in a theatre production!
After Pips "coming out" fiasco on TM to get ahead of the storey that would of been published on the Sunday papers that coming weekend, The website for the theatre group was know longer in existence because the place had "suddenly closed down", ( I googled it three years ago!)
His management definitely knew, but are "saving face" and OBVIOUSLY Holly knew about his affair with Matthew, that's why she was the one to interview him, and remarked if his hand had been forced, which was a very incriminating thing for Holly to say!.

Is the FULL storey going to "come out" with the sordid details that the press already have, because there is definitely more to it than him "having an affair", and I personally think there is more than just Matthew McGreevy. I must say, having known some similar types of people, and the way they work; they are not honest, but create a them and us approach to life, as everyone is a threat to what they want, uninhibited sex with minors, or other young people. Thus, they work in groups of like-minds, and normalise the abnormal. Before reading your comment, the Two Faced Theatre and the guy you mentioned, it all sounded a set up. How far does it go. If you were one of those abusers in that ring, and in the know, you'd know lots of things we don't. I tried helping a chap who had spent tome in prison with counselling and healing; then he just turned on me, along with people where I live. Even the Housing Agency turned on me, harassed me, and spread lunatic lies. One of the bedsitters was a relative of those at the Agency, another knew the person I helped through people in the gay scene, who exchange various pornographic material. All of them coerced and set on me, supporting for one reason or another, these child abusers, and rapists. Blood is thicker than water they say; certainly perversion is, and it seems to be extremely prevalent, and not the few one-offs that I had imagined. Yes, there's a whole wide world of darkness out there; and it's very much like these quite recent splurge of vampire films that hit the scene. These show how these parasites work in the dark, rarely seen by men, and if you do, you are soon removed. An invisible war, until the media turns on a popular star or person; then everyone wonders how these things can go on under the public eye, and for so long. Too many corrupt crooks in this world, as I found out, even in Social services, Mental Health, the NHS; but then they are all really needy people, and therein lies the real issues:NEEDINESS! Only a spiritual life, whereby a person absorbs of spiritual power can prevent people falling into these levels of neediness, which means being honest, good, and pure; then, without intentionally setting out to call upon these energies, you can and will receive them. Strength is obtained from doing the right thing then, and the retroactive currents a person thereby receives help protect a person from falling into addictive and sordid ways. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

Hi Paige. I opened my YT page and this was the first video I saw. I’m a new subbie. Loved your video, you filled in all the blanks for me, well presented, thought out and loving your content. Yes, you’re right. There were rumours of an inappropriate relationship a few years ago but PS got a court injunction and used his ‘coming out’ as a smokescreen. PS is a slime bag and a predator, not sure what to make of Holly, sure she had her suspicions. I was baffled as to why he did that interview on this morning, damage limitation. He deceived the public, his viewers, his family. I hope he now disappears, from public life. I trust this young man has lots of support around him, and that he’s lawyered up now.

Really looks like he did a Kevin Spacey with coming out, very weird the way he suddenly came out. I don't know if the relationship was when Matthew was underaged but we definitely haven't heard the full story and there 100% must have been abuse of power, seems he groomed and gave Matthew a job and when Matthew didn't want to be with him anymore or was going to tell something he was kicked out. Eaamon and Ruth must have known about something inappropriate as they where kicked out too and Ruth hired Matthew instead, they must have thought Matthew was treated unfairly.

I’ve always had a dislike for Schofield since I was a child, always thought he was arrogant and rude. I remember him getting speared at the smash hit awards, the guy who did it Les Carter (from the band carter USM he was known as fruitbat at the time) played in another band years later and I was a fan of them at the time and when I realised who he was I brought him a pint and thanked him for spearing Schofield
