I have 5 Nordic Ware cake tins - all are FANTASTIC and made in Minnesota, where my maternal great-aunt lives. I grease my tins with very soft butter, then add a dusting of either flour or cocoa powder (not too much!) for perfect results every time! In Ireland, we love Madeira cake (quite similar to Pound Cake in the USA/Canada); it works really well, and cooks much more quickly in a ring/bundt pan. Delicious! The next time I am in the US I will be buying an Autumn leaves bundt...and maybe a Dutch oven : )
I've learned that those specialty pans won't hold more than ten cups of batter and your average bundt recipe is about twelve cups. The only pans that will hold that much are the traditional bundt pans, which, I think, is the Anniversary.

You buy a Nordic Ware pan and you have it for decades. I use my mom’s and its got to be close to 40 years old.
