- Corvette flght of four F15E's out Of RAF Lakenheath paid us a visit on the Bwlch side of the Mach Loop and gave us some great low passes. In addition we had a visit from an USAF MC130 Hercules from RAF Mildennhall. Later in the day we had a pair ofF15E's in better light.

I love the 22, but there is nothing like watching the crazy fast 4th gen and 4+ jets like the 15,16 and Typhoon.

Happy but cold wet and windswept very often.
Boeing is still making them and the Pentagon wants a "mix" of fighter jets in its inventory. They'll be around for a while.

@@DafyddPhillips I know, it’s better hearing the “real thing” …. I have loved F-15’s since their incarnation in the 1970’s. They have more powerful engines now, but the twin - F-100’s were awesome too. Like having two “Super-Sabres” as your power plant. I love your footage, you and the rest of the people up there really capture some great history. 👍👍👍👍👍🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Thanks Al, there is plenty of accommodation in the area, camping is forbidden as the land is private.

Anytime I spend some time with dangerously low IQ people I came here to feast my eyes with these great technical achievements to remind myself that there are brilliant people out there who made these machines possible! I wish the whole world was populated with brilliant people who create and invent great things.

I have a scanner with the low level frequency on it and just use a voice recorder.

Very few Max, occasional hawk, Texan and herc. No sign of the typhoons anymore or even the F35s out of Marham.
@@DafyddPhillips from a FOI request in 2018: the "flying activity in the area was reduced" after a video of a typhoon flying too low and pulling vertical was posted.
