Listen, I was annoyed at myself for even buying this stuff. I honestly didn't expect to see results. I hoped it would just help stave off the aging process. I research supplements and have been conscientiously taking a variety, including collagen for a few years. But, then I noticed my hair stopped growing in gray. I was shocked. I didn't even know this was a potential benefit. Plus, I was a bit of a slacker and still saw results. I upped my dosage and will reorder. This is a real testimony !
Great testimonial. What did you get? I've had colostrum on my shopping list for a while. Be careful with the collagen I know some VIP detox coaches and they told me all their cancer patients were on collagen supplements.
My family & i take colostrum but we take ancestral supplements brand. It has honestly changed our entire health in such a positive way! All health issues gone. We also drink raw grass fed A2 cow & goat milk along with Raw grass fed kefir. We eat a full carnivore diet with some organic fruits & organic vegetables, low oxilates only. We also all eat 4-6 pasture raised organic eggs daily. & we eat grassfed organ meat 1-3 times a week such as liver, kidney, heart, intestines, etc. We also include daily healthy fats such as grass fed butter, ghee, grass fed beef tallow, bone marrow. This diet has been life changing & my kids love it! They are 12 & 10 years old. We cut out 100% gluten, sugar, processed food, junk food etc. We strive everyday to not consume any of those unhealthy foods. Food is medicine i promise!!!
Wow so amazing! Goals. We are getting there. Processed food, gluten and dairy are out. We are hiking to get into the goat and A2 milk soon. We have our chickens and we eat their eggs every day. Taking the colostrum and trying to eat mostly meat, fruits and veggies. Getting there but not fully carnivore yet. Thanks for sharing!
I stared ARMRA almost 2 years ago. Haven’t been sick once, no more migraines and my bowel movements are much more frequent. Still suffering from adult female hormonal acne at 38 but hey you can’t expect it all!
I am so glad I stumbled on this video today. I just started taking her colostrum product last week. I did not know her story. I am so amzed to here how wonderful this products is!
Great guest. I’ve never heard of this podcast before and looking at it, I’m super impressed by the guests they have on, however, I don’t know if I will watch another- the female host made me so uncomfortable. She was not pleasant to listen to at all. Plus some of her questions were quite inappropriate. And WAY too many advertisements.
Whats interesting to me is, how do you preach about the importance of colostrum, and the rise of chronic disease in children and never say the words breastfeeding. In a country without proper maternity leave, that lacks support of all mothers, and especially breastfeeding mothers, I think it's something that should be shouted from the roof. The first thing that will help gut health in our lives is the proper establishment of breastfeeding or breast milk intake in infants. Unfortunately so many children are denied this because of the lack of support for breastfeeding mothers. Mammals are designed to drink colostrum AT BIRTH and afterwards for humans be fed human milk, ideally from the breast for at least a year, the WHO recomends 2 years, and imunologists are now preaching beyond. Pressure on working mothers, and pressure of various industries are denying so many children of this. Start by preaching human milk for human infants, then continue with the hopeful help of cow colostrum for our mixed up insides. I have to add that I am happy for this woman, and that her story is truly inspiring. But as a medical doctor myself, I wish she would broaden the story even more, and not just make it about a product
Yes breast feeding is the first thing that should be done for infants but if you listen to the doctor closely she says we all suffer from environmental pollutants which degrade our health, and some mothers may be perfectly healthy but for most mothers they them self are not healthy and suffer from this derogation of health also and most likely aren't able to provide the proper nutrients for the infant that they require. This woman's product is a real game changer for a lot of people's health. I don't know how she can broaden the story more, she has said all there is to say.
Question: so I have three separate autoimmune diseases. My doctors all have me on this strict diet. Which excludes all dairy. Would this fall within that spectrum and be something I should stay away from?
I'm very unhappy too! I've been on the Immune REVIVAL forever & I like it but hate the high prices being on disability. I get it every other month. The last order I tried Performance & didn't care for it. My shipment comes out on the 20th. I had been debating looking for an other company. I went in on the 18th to cancel my order & they had already sent out the order EARLY, I'm not even paid yet, causing NSF FEES, & won't let me talk to a live person, emails are genetic, same answer every time, but sent at 0700am next day & pkg not even labeled till 11:07am so it wasn't even shipped & could have been stopped & they aren't even reading your emails, they are just lying that your pkg is shipped & your out of luck! This is horrible to treat your customers this way!
This was greatttt. I remember using colostrum last year around oct and dropped weight SO quickly. Insane. I wasnt using this product per se, it was NOW Foods powder, but I am very interested in Amra since the dr. Talked about the benefits of the other specialized cold synergy they do to have it benefit human beings specifically. The only thing is the price point 😢 I wish It were cheaper than $109.99 for a can (even w the code) bc rn this is not a price point for me specifically. Hopefully there will be a cheaper option that’s like Amra for those of us who can’t afford the $109 can atm.
thank you Suzette! def the packets would be a great deal, but the tin seems like it'll last longer so two months supply of roughly 60 servings seems more expensive long term compared to 120 servings at .91 cents per serving. def an amazing investment which ever route you take. regardless amazing products and this pod ep was A1. @@suzetteshares
It’s that price for 120 servings!! It’s actually cheaper to buy the bulk vs the smaller one. Also I used their code Skinny and it came out to under $100 with shipping
Can you guys please inquire if there is a version of this colostrum made without Citric Acid ? Since this is made from corn ( cannot have corn ) this is amazojg in and of itself but I cannot tolerate corn at all.
We started to take colostrum after watching this interview, it's been 4 months that we are taking everyday we don't see any difference at all. To say that ladies have to cancel their plastic surgery because colostrum helped with wrinkles is misleading.
I had such a hard time watching this. The woman host is so horrible. She keeps interrupting, asking completely inappropriate questions and absolutely gringe to listen too. I wanted to listen to the doctor not her disrespectful behavior. Ugh 🙄
She was asking questions to better help everyone understand WHY we may be getting sicker as a society. It's called being intellectually curious. Something you don't seem to understand. Stop criticizing people. Be better.

Way too many advertisements! Loved your guest, so sorry I could hang all the through.
love it. just please correct the time stamp - it is not “seal the berry” but “seal the barrier”
This pod was insightful re migraine Thanks for such a great show
I was one of those kids @ three years old suffering with horrid headaches.

Sounds like you are the perfect person to collate this info and preach it. If you have more info/I’d LOVE to know (as a breastfeeding mumma myself).
They are salesmen not to be trusted

That's because most modern day women would rather work and serve coffee to their bosses than stay home and feed their babies unfortunately
@@fieryfirevivinwhat a ridiculous comment. What a deeply unpleasant, and moronic, person you seem to be.
I wish the female host would be more gracious. Started armra this week and feel more alert, less brain fog.
Question: so I have three separate autoimmune diseases. My doctors all have me on this strict diet. Which excludes all dairy. Would this fall within that spectrum and be something I should stay away from?
My doctor just told me to start taking colostrum for my ibs. She told me that it would benefit me. Can't wait to see the results.
Has it helped??
How are you now?
@HauHuynh It has helped me with my bloating. I can eat more foods than I used to be able to. Just wish it was more affordable. I take it twice a day.
I live in South Africa how can I get this product ??
Please get the states to allow the sale of raw milk!! I can’t even get it in Colorado!
I live in Colorado springs. You can get raw milk through a shareholder program. I get 2 gallons a week of raw grass fed A2 cow milk & raw goat milk.
Please don’t drink raw milk right now with the incidence of bird flu!

Just seen this and I was thinking about before, is there a website?
Just FYI, Ayurvedic medicine does not come from a "vegan culture", they practice vegetarianism.
Promoting Pillsbury. Questioning your integrity and values team skinny
Came here to say the same! So disappointing

I had ordered a 30 pack of single servings. I think it was around $40

It's a four month supply so it's not really that expensive.
Did you really loose weight using the Now brand instead please let me know
Lauren what electrolyte do you give your kids? Awesome episode!
Is this 4-hour colostrum?
Not at all on topic.... but Michael reminds me of Christian Bale...
I agree haha. Nice set of hair 😂

There is nothing in this product but colostrum
This podcast was so insightful. Cannot wait to try.
i can agree in a slight bit with the environment change but the toxins are also in foods such as gmos, dyes, etc.
I just placed my order. I am looking forward to trying this out.
Ok wow, great episode! Haven't heard about Colostrum before. Very interesting!
We had to tolerate the annoying hosts to get the great information from Dr. Rahal.
Totally agree 👍
There is no way you allowed pillsbury to be a sponsor - shame on you !
Crazy how people can’t see God in all of this!
If god was a baby cow maybe
God designed everything so amazingly ❤
What type of mushrooms are you taking to see, God?

fiiiiiiizerrr
I’m like Lauryn “Give me a scoop NOW!” 😂😍
Would be nice if you let your guests speak and not make it all about yourselfs
Yes .. totally
Oh great,i was 100% grossed out with this colostrum story before and now that everything is being correctly explained i have to try it: thanks!…😂😂😂
Love Dr. Sarah Rahal and the Male host, who asked very good questions. The Female host just needs to go away!
I agree, the female host is so negative & seems so awful to be around! 🥺
Absolutely. The female host is quite obnoxious.
interesting video! This lady is a little too skinny! No Colon may explain that......how does she go #2? she kind of skirted around that question.
Maybe because is very personal. It's nobody's business know how she 💩 She was invited to talk about brain issues and colostrum.
Sometimes skinny people are dealing with health issues or just skinny lesson for life:don’t judge outside appearances

What is wrong with her (female host).
Lol 😅 love her eyebrow
What is wrong with you?
Sounds like the doctor had ulcerative colitis….
This doctor is beautiful, but I worry that she suffers from an eating disorder, she is skin and bones…
When are we going to stop commenting on women’s bodies, cmon it’s 2023.
She said in the interview she had to have her entire colon removed. This has a direct impact on how she can hold onto body weight.
She has no colon
She had a digestive disorder that impacted her weight, she actually addressed this.
It’s funny how no one cares what someone is going through just what they see
Fine, I’ll go buy some 🥲 lol great episode 👍🏼
