Make lunch, drink water 1 - w ice, amino acids, creatine, water 2 - lemon, electrolytes. Skincare - ice roller, sheet mask optional. No tech/social media in the AM. Optional - cold plunge/sauna. Coffee w raw milk. Work out (yoga, weights, switch it up), protein immediately after. Work day. PM - protein filled dinner. No phone during dinner. Listen to jazz music, light candles. Walk to wind down. Red lights, wind down music. Warm shower, body sculpter, body oil, skincare. Phone on airplane mode. Tell the kids a story. Read on the kindle on dark mode. Magnesium and tape mouth shut. Silk pillowcase. Facial massage w pink balls. Sleep by 8.45pm.
i am a die hard raw milk girl and also eat ground beef bowls all the time (granted i eat carnivore 90% of time), eating this way helped me lose 72 pounds, reverse diabetes, manage PCOS and changed my life!

Its been a life saver for me as I've been bed bound for years.

What kind of red lights do you use? I been trying to find BioRhythm Safe bulbs because a lot of red bulbs have blue light in it and they say the bio r safe one are 100% red. Also research says light from the bottom instead of over head light .
