Their rarity is what makes them so effective, part myth, since *everyone* is comfortable at very long ranges from Orks, completely certain of what you said: "they can't hit the broadside of a Baneblade even from 100 meters away"... until your officer gets his head blown off from *somewhere* and chaos ensues. Whenever a true Ork sniper appears, it's actually good at his job. It's like Ork Kommandos. You would't normally use "stealth" and "Ork" in the same sentence unless stating they *aren't* capable of stealth or understand the concept, until a squad seemingly manage to infiltrate your base, sabotage half your shit with questionable-yet-powerful explosives, and assassinate a third of the command structure, and you don't find out until they're gone and everything is going up in flames...
Fun fact about squigs: They're delicious. Legitimately one of the tastiest critters in Warhammer. Like a light, well-seasoned ham. It's described in one of the books.
