It’s actually what I use the savor one the most for at the moment. That and the Uber credit while it’s still there. It’s definitely really underrated, and there’s surprisingly a lot that counts as entertainment.
Bilt is currently my favorite credit card as well. I can’t beat earning enough points every year through rent which comes out to the equivalent of a welcome bonus offer for cards like the CFF and CFU. Also enjoyed the wallet trick and that’s awesome you keep a note from your gf in your wallet.
Yeah the BILT card is really just the easiest card to get loads of points on. It’s cool to because it seems like a lot of lenders are taking away benefits from their cards, but BILT is holding strong. But yeah the wallet is very fun 😂 and practical too. Hello, the way I am, I would like to have only 2 cards and I really appreciate having purchase protections and such, I have the savor one, which do you think would be a good combination for my second card? one other than the venture, I had in mind the chase ones, either freedom unlimited or the flex, on the other hand the amex blue cash everyday for online purchases and gas, but I have doubts that some cash back benefits overlap.
The venture or venture X would make the most sense with how you can combine your rewards from the savor one honestly. But, if you’re wanting another card that can pair nicely in the categories that the savor one doesn’t cover, I’d probably look into the freedom unlimited. It’s really great because you can just take that 1.5x back on anything, and those points are super flexible. Plus, it comes with its own purchase protections, I believe for 4 months up to $500 per claim, and other insurances like trip delay and extended warranty.
@SpencerChewitt I never used to take credit seriously but for the past 3 years I've been on my grind. From low 600s fico to now mid 750-780. Vantage 3 scores are above 815. I've got the old plain saphhire from chase and slate as well but I'm not sure about how I could get into the csr/csp...I also want the venture x by they(cap1 won't budge right now) too many inquiries in the past 2 years

@SpencerChewitt I personally think the inquiries and 5/24 is what's stopping my venture x and csr/p approval... I'm hoping to get them soon enough though. I do have a few other gems like the redstone signature as well.
I’ve considered getting the custom cash a lot! And to be brief, for the Robinhood card, I think that it’s actually really nice. The value you can get from it, especially if you use robinhood already, is great.

citi custom cash would be a good one to add. Also what's your thoughts on the robinhood gold card coming out 3% cash back all purchases

Google “Garzini magic wallet”, it’s a fun one that’s still pretty functional
I always use the BOA custom cash for online shopping and at Walmart.
I’ve considered switching mine to that too, especially with the 5% back on gas I’m getting from the freedom flex.
CO Quicksilver, AMEX Blue cash and Apple. Just got all 3 only used apple so far.
