    Anyone know when Furi might have more of the 98 in stock? They seem to have been out of stock for the last several months??

      When I last spoke to the CEO, he told me that they would be back in stock in November! Use the affiliate link in my description if you're interested!

      I'd be interested in buying one as well, though the shipping cost to Europe (and import taxes) could be wallet shredding....

      I've just ordered one of the 98s. They're finally back in stock (Nov 2023) though I suspect they may sell out again before long.

      I think I might order one as well but not sure. Is the Furi 98 basically a more solid version of the Blade 98 16x19? I thought the Blade 98 was a bit flimsy and much preferred a leaded up Wilson Shift 99/300. @@racquetguru4183

    Does the arma pro 98 produce a lot of spin ?

    • @NoahMirandaQUAGBALLGAMING
      @NoahMirandaQUAGBALLGAMING Год назад +1

      It produces a decent amount of spin as the frame allows for good ball pocketing. It closely resembles the spin level of an Yonex Ezone 98

    Hey Racquet Guru would you say the handle size runs slightly big on these? The Furi Grip 3 seems more like a Wilson Grip 3.5??

    • @racquetguru4183
      @racquetguru4183  Год назад

      The grip actually runs a very similar to the wilson in shape and sizing. I normally play with a 4 1/4 (grip size #2), but for this racquet I went up to 4 3/8 (grip size #3)

    • @gavlatennis2824
      @gavlatennis2824 Год назад +1

      That so weird. I bought a Grip 3 and it feels massive and also very square shaped. I measured the bevels and its definitely bigger that a Wilson Grip 3.
      Furi Grip 3
      3.4/3.5 × 3.2/3.3
      Wilson Grip 3
      3.5 x 3.1
      I wonder if the leather grip was simply thicker than usual or a QC issue? I tried Furi grip 2 and that felt closer to a Wilson Grip 3.
      Going to be play testing them this week!

      Sorry to be a pain but do you have any calipers where you can measure the beam width of these racquets? Furi website says Beam Width: 24mm / 23mm / 22.50mm
      but I just bought two of these and the Beam width is 23/22/21. The racquet feels pretty flexy. @@racquetguru4183

      @@gavlatennis2824 That's awesome that you actually measured it out. I don't think it's a QC issue, but I do think that the leather grip just makes it feel a bit thicker.
