This is a very well done video!! I've always loved this movie. My husband thought I was nuts when I snagged it and added it to our repertoire, but then he sat and watched it. He now likes it almost as much as I do. It's wonderful to see a video that captures her joy of skating put to a song that fits it so well. :)
I used to practice figure skating. For me it was the most beautiful thing to do, but a few days after our chistmas festival I fell down and broke my coccix, but i didn't have no idea. It was in a public session and there were so many people and skaters around that I didn't wanna cry in there and I could actually pretend it didn't hurt even though It hurted so much...but didn't want to tell my parents so I continued skating. Three months after I fell down again, this time worse than the 1st, and that is when I started feeling frightened everytime I looked to the ice. Anaways, it is two years later and I cannot do any sports until I am 18 years and that if I can actually do it. If not, I would have to get a cirgury :(. However, I still believe it is the most beautiful sport in the world and is one of the greatest things I could ever have done in my life. That feeling of flying when jumping or spinning is something I would never forget or regret.
This is the movie why i want to be a fs but since we are poor and don't have ice rink at our place. So i just skate with my socks on at our house. It's the best feeling during my childhood.
