I don’t know how real this may get in the future, but I really have a HARD time believing that an ancient, sentient slime that has seen civilizations rise and fall cannot understand the most basic of things, heck, even words.
It’s my personal belief that Charlie is one of the strongest, if not one of the most terrifying masterminds in the DSMP.
Charlie's character hasn't been around to see ancient civilizations rise and fall, he's been worming his way to the surface of the earth for millions of years, he said in Fundy's stream. The furthest back he's ever seen since he reached the surface was the creation of L'manburg

i believe that even if he has seen a lot of things and watched a lot of things happen it doesn't mean that he understands what they mean

This whole thing reads as a person trying to teach a machine and the machine finding all the wrong ways to interpret their instructions. And it's beautiful.
Imagine this:
You wake up. You eat your breakfast, which consists of jello in honor of your favorite RUclipsrs, Slmccl and Slimecicle. You turn on your computer. You see that Slmccl has uploaded. You click on the video. You see him market his plush. You see a person in a restaurant look around them. They see a missing block. You're on the edge of your seat. Is that Slmccl? It is revealed that is, indeed, Slmccl. He gets trapped in a hole. You are slightly confused, but don't think much of it. He starts calling the person Quackity from Las Nevadas. The video continues to make you more and more confused. You spiral, trying to find out what's going on. You refuse to look up the plot of the Dream SMP because you're stubborn. You spend all day confused, and as a result fail your driver's test and you get so demotivated that you never try to drive again and only use Uber. One day, your Uber driver says "Dap me up." You are thrown into yet another spiral. You get fired. You leave work, and the same Uber driver is there. Waiting. You notice that the driver is Charlie Slimecicle himself. Upon getting into the car, Charlie Slimecicle pulls a diamond sword out of the goop on his shoulder. He stabs you. He says, "The house always wins." The last thing you see is Charlie Slimecicle climbing into a manhole, yelling "Dap me up" and "Do you want a loan?" You enter the sweet embrace of death. In the afterlife, you arrive in a place called Las Nevadas. The place sounds familiar, but Charlie Slimecicle has fried your brain too much to know what's going on. You enter the city. You're greeted by a man wearing overalls and a white shirt. He has one eye that appears not to work. The not-working eye has a scar around it. He introduces himself as Quackity. Also familiar. He says "You should meet my assistant." He brings out...
Charlie Slimecicle.
You can't escape. Even in the afterlife, he finds a way to torment you. You try to run. You can't. You're stuck in green slime. Charlie Slimecicle picks you up and puts you on his head. You are the slime now. Slowly, your consciousnesses merge. You can't do anything but watch as he spies. You become more like him over time. Eventually he absorbs you. You are Charlie Slimecicle.

It's been so long since I paid attention to the DreamSMP that I have absolutely no clue what's going on. What is this city and why is Quackity insane.
The city is Las Nevadas and Quackity first made it, to get away from everyone else and also built it for his fiancé’s. Quackity has gone through a lot which made him develop trauma. Idk if I was much help

I can sense the future arc of when Charlie has become a fully realized person seperate from quackity only to realize how he was manipulated by him into becoming his henchman and eventually retaliates. Also the doubt people will have on him, even after he's become smarter and more adjusted will make for some great plot points. The amount of potential Charlie's character has is incredible and I love it.
