I paused this video to check out your other content and what do I see? You working out with whatever is available to not get a “Blue Collar Pooch” and to be healthy, next shot is you lighting up a pipe and belching smoke like the trains of my youth! What is wrong with your video content, have you learned nothing about the dangers of tobacco? You don’t like heating food in the microwave in plastic containers and yet you promote one of the deadliest health habits known to medicine. I grew up in the 50’s and everyone smoked, my mother carried her own ashtray all of my childhood. When they began to link smoking to cancer and heart disease my father loudly proclaimed “That is Communist Propaganda!” He died at age 54. Take a step back, think about your family and get help wherever you can. I have heard that this addiction is harder to overcome than heroin but it can be done.
At this point I would probably prefer audio only. Not sure if I will return. I realize I am only one viewer and don’t have much impact I just cannot get beyond the smoke. Please don’t smoke around your loved ones, second hand smoke is equally dangerous. I didn’t breathe fresh air until I married a non-smoker and moved to Alaska. I wish you success in all your future endeavors. Stay well.

Why the bottled water? Wouldn't a large Nalgene bottle (or KleanKanteen or Hydroflask or whatever) be easier and cheaper?
@@Gryle Because bottled water is what we have at the house lol. Maybe someday I’ll get a fancy water bottle but right now it’s just not that important.
You need one of those cigarette light food warmers. You can get a cheap one at WM
My dad has that same thermos same one my mom always packs him lunch cause he can’t stand fast food
Dumb question. Why not buy an inverter and hook up a microwave or go to lunch later in the day and focus on high protein snacks to sustain you until lunch? No disrespect
@@xXLoSeRXx7mainly cash and the intentional effort to pull the trigger on a good set up lol. Cold food isn’t that big of a concern for me to dish out the cash to have a good truck rig. And good high protein snacks are hard to come by out here without making them at home.
Sick of the $5 meal deal from McDonald’s lmfao… great video thanks
Organic made desserts are still deserts, fruit is a way better option to satisfy the sweet craving
Try to get a car powered food warmer!
Hooked up my BIL with an electric lunchbox for Xmas so he can have hot lunches. Plugs into the truck. (Amazon)
Luncheaze battery powered heated lunch box. 10 out of 10, don’t get the wifi model just get the standard and set the timer when you leave for work and never have a cold meal again
Hot Logic 12v meal heater...it'll change your life.
People keep telling me about these things. I can’t believe I’ve never heard of them.
I’ll second this! Went roughly 10 years eating cold leftovers. Then I discovered Hot Logic and total game changer!
Yep it changed how I eat. Been using mine for 3 years.
If someone is desperate for hot lunch they could do the meat overnight in the crockpot, wake up, prep the rest and shove it in a thermos or two
I have a plug in food warmer that you plug into your car charger
People love to say blue collar work kills your body....Eat semi clean, use proper form, get some help if something is too heavy. You are getting paid to work out might as well take advantage.
@@tyler4081 blue collar work is very physical, but as long as you are smart and safe, you’d be surprised how long you can do the job without hurting yourself
I fix air conditioners too. I eat in restaurants for lunch. A lot of restaurants have a lunch special that is about the same price as fast food. I also stop at restaurants for breakfast, I work for myself, so I make time to eat, and I am a skinny guy. I’m not eating cold food, unless it’s a sandwich from Subway. Once you start eating the lunch specials at restaurants, you will know which ones have the $10 to $12 special, plus they have all the coke or tea you can drink.
@@Panotaker I mainly just tried to avoid restaurants because of food quality. I try to stay away from processed food, poly, unsaturated fats, genetically modified food, and non-organic food making my food at home is the best way for me to eat this clean as possible.
Working the trades got to stay healthy and eat healthy the better shape you are in the better you feel. lol I just got my new hvac installed I’m remodeling my entire house at the moment. The workers last two days they been here I’ve cooked lunch for them. You take care of the workers they will take care of you the customer
Some of us like a little belly and some of us go home to our husbands.
I am a first time viewer, born and raised in Ohio. This video caught my attention about packing a healthy lunch to avoid fast food.
@@bobbieleesherry185 Well, I hope you enjoy the content that doesn’t go against your convictions.
Stay well.
