Cool light box bro - shame the speaker is poor
It sounds pretty good 👍 im thinking of getting the pulse 4 or pulse 5, the pulse 5 has a tweeter i don't know if it makes it too high pitched.

It’s ok, I’m disappointed in the max volume. The jbl charge 5 is better if you’re looking for a louder speaker just doesn’t have the light show

All the light shows follow the beat of the music to some extent. But there is not a specific equaliser one no

I recently bought the JBL charge 5 after years using the JBL pulse 2 and from sound test videos I've watched of this brand new JBL pulse 5 speaker it seems I should have waited a bit and get this instead. The sound is actually quite nice from those videos. So my question is, does this sound better than the JBL charge 5?
No the charge 5 has deeper bass and clearer highs. But obviously no lights 😜
NOOOOO😅..you can't even compare charge 5 for this..this is just good for lighting.
Let’s say I have a budget of 500 pound what jbl speaker you reckon I should get I want one with a nice light show for inside in a bedroom thanks
I would recommend the jbl Encore Essential. Just made a review on it recently. It's only 200 as well so you'd have lots of money left over. And brilliant sound

@@HammoTechReviews yes but no lol theres the Encore and then there's the Encore Essential. And the Encore Essential is just a more affordable Encore, less battery life, less lighting and no Mic but other than that its the same thing.

Will this be an upgrade sound wise, from a Charge 3? Locally the Pulse 5 is twice the price of the Charge 5, but I still have the Charge 3.
Any updates? I have the same dilemma 😅
@abdiel7292 no, I went for higher tier. Marshall Middleton and Soundcore X600. Both were miles better than Charge 3
does the light sync with the music better than pulse4?
I've never tried the pulse 4 unfortunately. But I didn't find the light syncing to be as good as I expected.
The partyboxes are more accurate

It's not bad sound in general, but for the price tag it's awful.

If you want the BEST light show then yes it's worth it.
If you want a decent light show and awesome sound then you might as well get the Partybox 100 or 110 for a little more.

How many light show overall? pulse 4 has 5 downgraded from 8 from pulse 3. it seem rainbow,customized and rave not there from pulse 3.

How many settings? If do it has 6 which can all be customised to your liking. I showed the app in the video

if you have Pulse 3 & 4 there is no categories and customizable like the new version.
Can I connect to charge 5 with party boost? Anyone knows?
I believe you can yes. Anything under the boombox I believe. You can't with the partyboxes though
@@HammoTechReviews Logically yes, it's party boost. Yeah, that's a shame about party box. I have it but can not connect it, but. For desk setup with charge 5 should be nice, charge could give more bass. Even alone, Pulse 5 really good.
