@@jonesvaughn8946 You need to get an imperial ruler, that exhaust tip is nowhere near an inch from the bumper, if anything it's barely half a centimetre and there are roughly 2.5cm to an inch (more like 2.48 from memory).
Me too, I inherited it from my Dad and while I have an Accord V6L I want to just use the Jazz for around my local town and I want to dress it up a bit, I thought this is perfect. In Australia the Jazz of that generation (GE, 2nd Generation) came as GLi, VTi and VTiS - the VTiS had a tiny cut out and an exhaust tip. I thought this one in the video would look added on but it actually looks pretty cool. I think from having previously owned an 8th Gen Civic Type R that the proximity to the bumper is fine as long as it's several millimetres away. The Type R had triangular exhausts and it was almost touching the bumper around it, never even a single hint of any melting, even on 3-4 hour or 8-10 hour drives. Like the Type R, with this, the 'hot' bit is actually the end of the tail pipe, not much heat transfers I don't think. If you look closely you can see there's a very mild arc cut out that accommodates this nicely, as long as you mount it carefully so it doesn't touch. Some of the outside heat will also be offset by the air flowing around the tip on the outside.
A little easier to notice if u rev your engine buddy
Lol no kidding
What a dumbass 😂
😂😂😂😂
lol i'm glad i wasn't the only one!
Let's back that kind of talk off right now
It sounded like birds chirping when u installed it 😂😂
You had the scissors right there
Watch him struggle to open the package while having a pair of scissors right next to him 🤣🤣
Lmao, right!!!😂😂
Ok why u have to roust him lol, i wd do the same thing like him
😂😂
This was basically your unboxing of a new tip. What did it sound like before the install?
ManitouRed tbh it probably made it sound quieter as there is more restriction
Honestly what a f*ckimg idiot. Wasted my time
i love that ´´Better Days´´ music
Thank you merty now I can go to my drag races in EPIC STYLE😤😎😎
I wouldn't let that exhaust tip touch the bumper... Once that heats up your looking at melted plastic bud
Free forming body work?? Lmao!
If you take* screenshot and look really really closely it is actually not touching the body.
He’s going for the custom fit look.
@@lessmigrantsmorewalls8392 I was just about to comment if you pause it at 2:27 you can see that the exhaust is an inch away from the bumper

does the fact that now the exhaust points backwards vs downwards: does it sound louder or quieter??
Doesn’t do anything for the sound
Did it ever fall off or come loose while driving ? Especially at highway high speeds
It should not come off, as long as you install them correctly, i.e., make sure that the tip is evenly tightened on the original exhaust.
got one from autozone and we put it ona sienna and put it into sport sounds so different 😂
It doesnt change the sound as all. Thats bullshit. Deeper tone my ass
no drills or cutting involved? just screw them on thats it?
Yea it is easy but i dont like it, when you drive around you hear like a scooter sound XD
Clean look
I like your exhaust tip. Imagine if you bought the cheapest exhaust tip.
It's only 10 bucks
@@itworked2818 i can afford that
@@exultanteseiozeke2192 Yep, exhaust tips very cheap and they dont do much
@@itworked2818 yeah ik. Unless you buy the expensive one
Will it melt the bumper plastic if it is touching to it ?
Yes
Great video!
paint the inside of the exhaust tip black, looks cleaner that way
that is considered racist in 2022!
He said “10 box on Ebay” but i only saw 1 box
10 bucks
hello what is the tip of the tip can you link the product
Does this change the sound at all???
Didn’t hear a single thing.
Did you rev it engine?
Whats the brand name and model of tip?
Link pls

Those clips block alot of air flow. Not good.
bad for the car?
It does not block any airflow
The clips are not inside the main exhaust pipe
@@trapsoulx so basically it's not bad for the car
