Yes please to the day-to-day work out vid. I'm so looking forward to being active again. I've gone from knee injuries to years later having shoulder injuries to neck unjuries and finally back injuries. I definitely need to get stronger in all these areas and to prevent further injury. It's physio and hydro for me and a bit of pilates but so want to get back to stretching, running and lifting/strengthening my body. ☺
I've been wanting to start a healthy routine in which I can go to the gym at least 5 times a week and get my body moving and this video honestly gave me a lot of motivation and ideas of what to do to the gym. Personally I don't want to just lose weight. I want to make it a habit of going to the gym and eating clean. I want to get toned and do more things with my body. Thank you Cambria for the inspiration

This video was great! I want to slowly work into weight training (I do mostly cardio, now) so this is very helpful!! I also would LOVE a video about your fitness routine for the week and your stretching/foam rolling routine! My struggle is choosing what I want to work on every day because if I don't plan it ahead of time, I end up just doing the elliptical! Which is fine, but the same thing every time does indeed get boring.

But I will generally on a sunday night go through the channel and write in an email to myself what workouts and the links to them I will use. I love my gym. It helps so much to be in a class when you first join, so you know how to use the equipment properly. I once pulled a muscle in my back doing the kettle bell swing, but since I joined a class, I am less intimidated with kettle bells. Cambria, you should film a video that works the upper shoulders to help with posture! I think many people would find it super useful (myself included)
