@user-js9hh2ri7i hey thanks for watching. While we had the car everything worked perfectly and the car handled well. Unfortunately we had to sell it because our caravan was to heavy. Biggest regret though, we both loved this car
Hi mate.... I'm curious about the ride quality? Some people say the paj is choppy and harsh around town and pot holes etc? Did you find that on factory suspension? And if so how does the new stuff compare? Cheers
Hi there. We didn't find the factory suspension choppy or harsh, the ride was fine however the upgraded suspension made it drive like a new car. Thanks for watching 👀
Looks great. Did they fit the 6mm strut spacer on the front I am just about to get the same done. I was was tossing up the same dobinson set up but chose fulcrum set up with kings springs and formula struts. I am also due for tyres and was trying to see if 65 series fit instead of the 60. Give that little extra hight. but may be too close the bullbar.
No strut spacers are fitted. We would advise not to use them. We had adjustable coil overs and they were adjusted to make the car sit level. Appreciate you watching
@@onlyleavingfootprints appreciate the feedback. Getting tyres put on at tyre power tomorrow and just realised that they are also the same people that do the dobinson lift as well. Might have to have a chat to them about the same set up as you have. Fulcrum kit with formula struts and airbags $2850 whilst Dobo kit same as yours is $2750. FYI.. Putting in Maxxis Razr A/T 811. Great looking aggressive A/T with great reviews.
Hi there from memory it was maybe $2500. This video is from a few years ago now. Tyrepower had a special on where fitting was free. Thanks for watching 👀
Well, I reckon you got a real bargain! I just purchased the exact suspension and airbag combo at trade price and without installation... cost just over $2k for the parts alone! Hope you're still happy with it? How'd it go over corrugations.
Unfortunately we had to sell the Pajero due to caravan weights. It was not a decision taken lightly, I think it was the only car we have had that we both loved. However, we have the dream to travel Australia and the Pajero just could not legally pull the weight of the caravan we had ordered. Enjoy yours, we miss our one alot. P.S. we never got to take it on corrugations
I'm thinking of doing this on my Pajero NX but here in the UK it is hard to get parts (I may have to import from Aus) and I will have to probably fit myself. One concern, on these generation 4 Pajero's, each wheel has like a small "arm" which measures the suspension position and sends this back to the ECU I assume for stuff like the stability control system. Did the guys installing your lift make any adjustments on these sensors ?
Awesome
Thank you for watching
Looks sick! Question. How does it perform now and how's the other suspension and axles parts (bushings, balljoints, cv joints) with the 2 inch lift?

@@onlyleavingfootprints Sure was a good rig. Thanks for the reply. Good luck to your other adventures.

How much did this cost overall?

Are you still happy with this product? Can you please describe the change in the ride quality and handling compared to the standard setup? Thanks
Yes very happy with product. Feels better over bumps and corrugations, does not feel as much body roll. Feels like driving a new car
Fuckin sick! I cant wait till I own a pajero!
They are great. Thanks for watching
Looks good, what was the final cost?
It cost us $1950 in total. At the time Tyrepower North Lakes had free fitting.

Hi there, no 2 inch lifts do not need any adjustments to the sensors.
@@onlyleavingfootprints thanks, that will make it an easier job to do myself.
One last question, I assume the raise will need the camber resetting?
@@djsconsulting yes will need a wheel alignment and the fitter did the camber front and back
Are there any GVM kits's for these 4th gen V80 Pajeros?
Apparently yes. It would cost up $350 for 10%
Hello, look great. Please let me know wich lifting kit you have now?

@@onlyleavingfootprints Thank you.
Hello, what is tire size on this Pajero?
