In the years that i did not own a flat screen, my cat would always lay on top of the tv when a Snooker match was on. Trying to hit the moving balls. Obviously, Stephen Hendry was her favorite 😂
I believe my cats watch TV. I've seen them focus on the screen during specific programming - cartoons & mysteries. I've been turning on cat videos for them to watch and they seem to tune into the content.

My BooBoo kitty (TobyCat's litter mate) loves TV and growls, clicks, chirps as he watches bobbing his head around anything breaking his line of sight. BooBoo is a hardcore couch potato. If you play a game on screen he will go find somebody else to watch a movie or Star Trek with. TobyCat however only likes squirrels on TV ice age squirrel, Sandy, nature shows, and only TV ones when there are none out the window to watch.
