Hi, I’ve been watching your videos for years, and I had a few questions now that you’ve kind of been through both worlds. What’s it like going to the academy after being enlisted? How does the different basic trainings compare? Have you noticed any culture differences between your time as enlisted and the academy? And what is it like having more experience in the “real Air force” compared to some of the cadre in charge of you?
I know that everyone in the past years who graduated USAFA and wanted a pilot slot got one. You have to be in like the bottom 10% to not have a good chance.

To my understanding, ones class rank is important for getting the job you want. Do you know the norms for getting an aviation slot when you graduate?
