    So the grooves keep the turnbuckle looking things from turning as you tune?

    • @LionInTech
      @LionInTech  2 года назад

      I have milled grooves in the wood which, when tuned, ensure that the turnbuckles do not rotate. In addition, I have constructed a lid that also has the grooves and also fixes the turnbuckles from above.
      The whole thing works quite well, but I would optimize the whole next time.

    • @LionInTech
      @LionInTech  2 года назад

      the deflection of the sides, however, is no longer as can be seen in the video, here I got me later stored deflection rollers.
      In the old version, the strings are torn.

    Eine Frage zu dem Stimmmechanismus hätte ich, falls du sie mir beantworten willst.
    Verstanden habe ich das Prinzip so weit: du verwendest pro Saite ein Spannschloss, bei dem auf einer Seite eine Schraube zum Stimmen und auf der anderen die Saite eingegangen wird. Die Saiten führst du dann durch eine M8-Gewindestange in die eigentliche Brücke über die die Saiten dann an der "Kopfplatte" ankommt.
    Worum handelt es sich bei grauen Plastik (?) in dem die Gewindestange (als Saitenführung) steckt?
    Das System ist sehr cool! Das Video war in meinen Vorschlägen und ich bin sehr froh es gesehen zu haben.

    • @LionInTech
      @LionInTech  Год назад +2

      Viele Dank für die netten Worte !
      Die M8 Gewindestange hat allerdings nicht gut funktioniert.
      Ich musste diese gegen eine 8mm dicke Kugelgelagerte Welle wechseln, damit die Seiten nicht Reissen xD
      Das graue Plastikteil habe ich Konstruiert, damit die Spannschlösser geführt und abgedeckt werden. "und als Sichtschutz für die Hässlichen Spannschlösser" Das ganze System ist allerdings nicht ausgereift im Video.
      Ich habe ein neues Design Konstruiert was wesentlich besser funktioniert, allerdings bis jetzt nur in CAD und als Modellversuch.
      Ich werde versuchen das dieses Jahr noch zu bauen und zu Filmen.

    I've been wondering how an acoustucaster design like this, with some body wood left in the bridge area, would work with a Hipshot trilogy bridge.

    • @LionInTech
      @LionInTech  2 года назад +1

      The whole thing goes very well, so far it is very tuning stable.
      The tuning mechanism, however, is a separate development and not a "Hipshot trilogy bridge".
      I will make the days a video to guitar, where you can see the whole thing a little better.

    Tolles Projekt, aber blöde Frage: Wie stimmst Du die Gitarre?

    • @LionInTech
      @LionInTech  Год назад +2

      Das ist das spezielle an der Gitarre, ich habe eine eigene Stimmmechanik konstruiert die im Gitarren-Körper verbaut ist.
      Stimmen tut man auf der Unterseite der Gitarre, mit der Hand oder mit eine 8mm Nuss. (Eigentlich wie bei allen headless Gitarren, nur das meine Mechanik versteckt ist, also integriert. )
      Ich werde dazu nochmal ein kleines Video machen, da ich in der Zwischenzeit das System etwas verfeinert habe.
      Danke lg 😀

    • @LionInTech
      @LionInTech  2 года назад +4

      Hello,
      thank you for your great compliment that makes me very happy.
      The tuning of the guitar goes with a M5 nut, or with my self-printed knob, on the bottom of the guitar. The whole thing is very easy.
      I built the guitar so that you can't see the tuning mechanism, because I wanted the guitar to have a clean classic look. The tuners are completely hidden in the body.
      I will make the days another video to guitar, where you can see that better.
