I really needed to hear this! I usually fast on certain days about every week or whenever I feel led to. Usually I get up early to study my Bible and spend time with God for a couple of hours. Yesterday I was supposed to go on a fast and I actually decided to break it to eat because I hadn’t ate any breakfast. I fasted for a certain amount of time and then continued my fast AFTER eating. The night prior I found myself going to grab a snack from the kitchen and I felt conviction (something told me not to because I would be giving place to enemy). Not only that but last night I was emotionally stressed about something and instead of going to God I found myself going into the kitchen to grab something to eat and turn on the TV (WHILE I’M SUPPOSED TO BE FASTING). This made me realize that I have made my belly my god! This has really opened my eyes to how deceived one can be if they are not watchful and discerning. At one point I would fast for 24hr and it went to 12hr and now 6hrs because I am afraid to fast for too long because my sugar may drop. I really have to repent! I can go on how this spirit has influenced my life but I thank God you made this video.

Here coz for the past 3 weeks GOD has been telling me to study about the spirit of gluttony…. My response was but father I’m not fat or greedy lol but JESUS said I know … I want you to study and research on it …. GOD is amazing with how he uses knowledge to free us !
I had a dream of 4 females on a table eating like a dog from their plates and on the other side of the table same 4 women sitting watching and they were not eating. In the dream in my spirit I knew that the 4 eating like dogs were hypocrites and I should not trust them while the other 4 who were not eating were loyal. I have been fighting this dependency on food. This teaching is excellent and aligned to God’s Word. I don’t have a problem w prayer nor study of God’s Word but I know I could be more effective in all things if I stay faithful in my fasting. Thank you for this teaching🙏
So guilty of this sin, when I fully accepted Christ I would fast every Monday but sadly I have backslidden and it's caused hormonal imbalances, terrible acne and now I am beginning to have issues with my legs .... Really need to repent
I struggle with this and it makes fasting very difficult. I believe it is the reason for my sleep paralysis that has been happening recently. Prayer has been difficult, and in my dreams I’ve been eating a TON.
Yo, that's witchcraft...I'm not sure who is doing it against you..but you must seek guidance from YHWH. Eating in the dream is making agreements with satan through evil altars and/or family evil altars. When you wake up you must cancel and rebuke...sleep paralysis is demons..... pray using biblical scriptures to break the covenants. Go on at least a 6am to 6pm fast....to break the hold.... if that's hard remove meat and meat products and eventually food. YHWH will see your efforts...I know ppl talk about fasting is just food, which it is but YHWH will see your efforts. Remember the demons will too and make increase the attacks..but keep going ..fast at last for a day in the week and work to 3 days or more.... don't get upset if you fail and mistakenly eat something if you are starting with no meat and meat products... trust you will get offered free food or that exact food...say no thank-you. But eating in the dreams is covenants and can add sickness disease. Hope that helps. Remember baby steps and then you become a warrior. Just pray scriptures and place yourself within the he or I's...of course not the parts of YHWH or enemies.

My gluttony wasn’t with food but things (overconsumption). I am blessed to find many things on sale and would keep buying because it was extremely discounted. I know some people may not think of this as gluttony but I was consuming more than I needed and God dealt with me as it was gluttony.
Can you guys pray for me? I'm starting bright line eating- recovery program for food addicts tomorrow. Overcoming this sin of gluttony has been so hard but I'm hopeful. I'm so sick of this sin.

This video ministered to me. I will be listening to it over and over. Every word was powerful and spirit filled. I receive the prayer at the end. I have been opening the door to the spirit of gluttony over and over, day after day, year after year. I am almost 81! Now I understand that I have been giving power to the spirit of gluttony over and over every time I CHOSE to give into temptation. But going forward I WILL SUBMIT TO GOD AND RESIST THE DEVIL, AND HE WILL FLEE! James 4:7 I'm not overweight by the grace of God, though i have been about 40+ lbs overweight. The habitual sin of gluttony has destroyed so much of my life. I receive the prayer at the end that i will complete a fast (a 36 hour water fast starting 5 hours ago at 8pm) and that i WILL overcome gluttony. I will daily choose to put God first and work on goals BEFORE I eat any meal. Until now I have been eating first, letting my fears and guilt about not being productive take over, and then binging over it.

When intry to quit alcohol, i try to do with willpower, never work, i asked god, and said i cant do this alone, we cant do this alone, its holy spirits help, am i wrong? I used to try willpower, always failed. I needed to submit to lord instead
It works when you surrender to the Holy Spirit, you can’t do it alone, it is a spiritual war after all. God is love He will help you without hesitation. Trust Him.
Can you have this spirit of Gluttony without overeating? I eat maybe one meal a day but yet, been overweight my entire adult life and no matter how hard I work out I still weigh the same… my dads side of the family is the same way.
This is good exposure to the sin of gluttony. The devil is a master deceiver. He has no limit to his deception. He is out to kill (by deception) God's people. Some restaurant, canned and processed foods/dinners, frozen, etc. are prepared with addictive ingredients to keep the eater coming back for more. What is the purpose of food for the human being (or God's new creature if you are a Christian)?
Prophet Abendego, what if the spirit of gluttony is a demon that's causing the person to over eat? I can tell you when I have fasted and broken agreements with evil that I was in covenat with, I did not feel hungry for food at all. I feel light and free. I knew I had not eaten but I did not feel hungry. Many things we have to break the agreement with by the Blood and Name of Jesus Christ, then we can walk in the freedom from the power behind why we do sinful things such as over eat.
We should not be addicted to anything. We should not allow ourselves to become mastered/controlled/enslaved by anything. This surely includes caffeine. When consumed in moderation, caffeine is not a sin. When one is addicted to and dependent on caffeine, that is when it becomes a spiritual issue, and a sin that needs to be overcome
