Hey sir my alexa 3rd generation is not connecting to my internet when I connect it with my network or any network the setup mode is off I watched your video to reset alexa but it remains in voliet colour light please help me how can I set my alexa
I had that similar issue before (echo dot stuck in spinning color mode). I swapped and found that the power adapter for that particular echo was BAD! I switched with another echo power adapter and it started working. I hope that helps you.
