I'm sure it just needs one rated for high drain to avoid battery failures. Just like when vapes first came out and people tried using cheap 18650s in them and they caught fire etc due to exceeding drain rages and the cheap batteries not having protections built in

Is the color of this Odin any different? My other Odin's are really yellowish
The new Odin S is cool white as opposed to neutral white, so it isn't as yellow. The beam is actually very nice.
Might be a dumb question, but can it run on any 18650, or only their proprietary ones?
