I've watched companies that should have gone to the sky fall until they got delisted. Alot of those were foreign. Having everything going right doesn't mean the stock will rise. That's the problem for average investors. Fair investing is gone these days. There must be a definitive reason for it falling so low beside everyone dumping the stock. So what is that reason? If we don't know the reason then we can't bet on it rising.

That is true! that why we have to be aware of the risks, i always mention that. But i dont agree with the part of if the stock is down, there should be something. Sometimes there are a lot of irrationality in the markets! that is what i try to find

@@moneyjourneyoficial The rise and fall of a share price is an exact mathematical equation. We may not see all of the cause but if we dig deep enough we may find it. At that point we know better if it will continue to rise or fall. Until we find that we are just gambling on probability. Something reaching a neutral PE ratio doesn't mean it will do anything in general. It doesn't stop the action that caused the fall. It may cause more people to invest in it which is probable but the cause of the drop may outweigh the buying and it still may fall. Logically this should be impossible. I was faced with buying a company where I knew some of the top employees. They showed me where the company makes money hand over fist and just blows it like there's no end to it. All the numbers look good on the charts yet the stock has been on a slow dive since IPO. Something is missing. Logically it should be increasing and should have been all along. No way to tell if the decline will ever stop. It is a multi billion dollar company also.
