What school can I go to learn this or do this as a career? Or what classes should I take in high school (I’m a junior)

In high school get involved with the drama department and make sure you take as much math as you can - up to trig if they offer it. Also, get involved in your local community theatre and anyother show you can. You need to be willing to do whatever crew spot is given yuo, but this is good because you learn how an entire production works. Concerning schcooling, find a university that has a good performing arts program and go there. Whatever you do, stay away from the "colleges" that offer only entertainment classes - they charge way more than a full university and are a ripoff. In the 30+ years I worked in the industry I fired nearly all of the technicians that were hired from an entertainment only based school in Orlando. In the end, check to see how high your choices are ranked and go from there. The shcool I'm talking about in Orlando is ranked in the lower 10% of all educational facilities and charge at least 50% more than a really great state university. Good luck and get ready for lostt of long hours and hard work. Never let any part of the gig be below you, listen and learn from the old hands, and you will go far.
