In the case at the final, wouldn't be Listeria resistance by Cefalosporine instead of Ceftriaxone?

The other reason D) would be incorrect is neonates should not receive ceftriaxone. First 28 days can cause biliary sludging/kernicterus so it's a contraindication.

I suggest that you zoom-in on parts of the image when you explain its meaning. Here it is difficult to discern the pregnant woman vomiting on her belly and the old lady carrying the baby (it is better to be trying to kill the baby to better illustrate the concept). Yes, I see this concept confused even by teachers all the time. Most bacteria can use oxygen. Some can only use oxygen which is an obligate aerobe like pseudomonas. If it can switch to working anaerobically if it's in a pinch, then it is a faculative ANaerobe, which is 95% of medically relevant bacteria. I've heard many say "facultative aerobe" when referring to bacteria that preferentially use oxygen but can use anaerobic metabolism if needed- which is incorrect. That would be like saying, "It typically uses oxygen, but sometimes it can switch to oxygen instead." I think it is far easier to only mention if a bacteria is an "obligate aerobe" or "obligate anaerobe" b/c we can assume everything else is a faculative anaerobe by default. Not saying you didn't know all of that, just saying what I have seen.
