I’m actually certified in holistic wellness, and I have some recommendations. You should get on lysine, garlic tablets, a raw/unprocessed men’s probiotic, and something to balance your hormones like spearmint leaf. The antibiotics WILL 100% slowly destroy your gut microbiome if you are taking them too often life! Just some tips ❤️❤️
