I thought I was the only one to think of it like that- Touhou literally came to my mind upon hearing it. There are other parts which sound like a touhou theme or boss theme. Like 0:21 reminds me of Flandre's Theme but its the one where people mistake it for "Death Waltz" by John Stump.
