You served your customer well. The overall message I am getting in situations like this is I MUST take the time to preview the property and communicate with the customer any areas that standard washing will not clean. It will serve us best to have an open and honest upfront conversation with the customer.
Yes! Glad you got the message. I'm not always best at explaining myself. But take Pictures and videos before and after. Always set expectations as best as you can.
You did a great job on that driveway! Some people don’t want to accept that sometimes the pavement when it’s clean is going to have markings that already existed(but you couldn’t see) and no amount of pressure washing is going to get it off. Glad you got paid though and he wasn’t a cheap skate!
Thank you! I appreciate the support and the comment!! 🤙
They don’t know what they don’t know, what’s worse is what they think they know. Good job perusing the resolve and following up. Can be super uncomfortable at times
Yeah it was awkward and difficult for sure. I'm glad I was able to figure out a way work it out.
Requesting one side should have been your first red flag. NOPE or minimum.
I agree with you! That will be my one and only time I did that. Crazy how every job, you learn something. I appreciate the comment!
Good patience with that Jack-wagon. Good advice to everyone out there too.
Thanks!!! Every job is a new experience for sure.
I had the same thing happen.........HERES HOW TO FIX IT......SPRAY SOME LA Awesome on it , don't dilute it.....Then spray it off. It will come right off
@@homefry7950 I will have to try that! Thanks for the advice!!
You did good on that i knew what it was as soon as i seen it as im a concrete finisher and pressure washer lol
I appreciate the comment! I don't know concrete well, I just have been learning how to clean it properly. It's amazing to learn something new on each job.
Future reference dont' use 3% for post treat, pre treat that'd be okay, but post treat you can use house wash.
@@brandonlambert8021 right on! Thanks for the information!
Hey, what do you use to pre-treat driveway? sh aswell or do you ever use metasilicate? :) thanks for the info btw
I use SH for pre and post treat.

Which application you referring to? House or driveway?
