Brewed the Hard Way.” They make this claim because the beer is ostensibly soaked in wood for a few hours, to improve the flavor. That’s a funny claim, and I’ll tell you why. Budweiser doesn’t carefully choose the wood which goes into the beer tank. They just go and buy a bunch of random scrap lumber, with no concern for the outcome. Pine, oak, anything. Then they dump the scrap lumber into the tank, and call it done. This is of course a cynical disregard for the quality of the finished product. So when the bullshit artists at Budweiser make claims about “quality” know this: Budweiser is dollar a gallon piss. It’s not brewed well, and it’s not made by honest men. Those sheisters at Budweiser don’t do anything the hard way.
Two things. One this isn't beer and it tastes like shit. Two. The biggest controversy you won't come up with is actually making a real beer that doesn't taste terrible.

Haven't been able to drink Budweiser or any other rice beer since 87. It makes my guts ache for 3-4 days. What we call bud is butt wiper, then after the frogs, "butt wipe er", LOL For me it's been Miller Time for the last 30 years. The best tasting bottle of beer I have ever had was a qt of fresh Old Milwaukee. I wish I could get fresh of what I want, but you have to buy what is popular in you area to do that. When beer starts getting a nutty flavor, it's old.
