You do know that oats are not GF unless you buy certified oats. (it has to do with the fields they are grown in and the processing...) The cookies look great though! (but they're not GF)
Agree!! Most people don't stop to think that oats aren't GF unless you are buying certified GF oats. Cross contamination is a real problem for people, especially if they have celiac!!
Looks so darned good! I love big gooey cookies! A meal in a cookie for me! I just went from 400 l s to 265 so far! I eat everything, just count calories and I transcript recipes into calories too! And I'm 75! Love you Bells, but mostly am silent. Too hard to type, but I watch every video you make ❤😊❤

Did you grease them pans or use parchment paper? I usually use a silicone mat or my stoneware. Them pans look like aluminum and my cookies will probably stick to them. TIA.
Thank you so much for making me finally understand what the difference is between the flat cookies and the ones that are puffier. I never realized. But I'm not a good baker. I have a really big problem with following instructions lol. But this will help me. I can still make simple cookies LOL😊
My kids and the neighbourhood kids loved these! They’d come in the front door and grab a cookie on a drive by then out the back door to the backyard to play. I loved that they made a big batch.

If you have an egg allergy, using the natural pb. Is the way to go. ❤

Just make sure you have certified GF oats, otherwise you can't guarantee they are GF. They are easily contaminated by how they are grown/processed.

I love the oat texture in oatmeal cookies but not the spice taste. This is good to know I can add it into any flavor.
