    very informative thanks. i just started as tier 1 tech support and i am new to computers. do you have videos on how to use controlup, larcete and partner center?

      So, I've asked those provides to give me access but they require person to have a business email address that is not like gmail, yahoo and etc. and some ignored me. Even though my current job uses those tools I can't make a video using them because of security concerns.     Great video. I was hoping you provide some clues on some solutions. It is good to ask questions but how do you address the questions using technology? Thanks.

      Good point. I have videos on each topic mentioned and how to resolve them.

    All in all just provide more info it’s not that hard and just going to hurt you in the end when you give stupid ass vague tickets which will make it take longer so just be descriptive nobody has time for that.
