@@jtt7251 No. I just applied for countless level 1 helpdesk jobs and just said I knew some basic technical stuff like programming and how to build computers. I was taught Microsoft AD and Intune once I started.

at 6:45 you said files could be found at root of c. What do you mean root of c?
Good question. I should have explained that more. So, from experience I found that people sometimes save files in root of C: and then when an issues comes up in which their local profile is not working or was deleted they might be looking for them in a wrong place. Also, people would accidentally move folders/files to root of C: or any other location I guess. 😁

Hello, I'm assuming taskbar is not set to autohide. Otherwise, if taskbar is not working it can be fixed by repairing OS files that are corrupted which can cause this issue. In my company the customer reported that she needs help with microsoft teams and outlook cause it is not working. I tried to do remote support fir her but I couldnt connect so I ask "do you even have internet" and she said "no I turned it off so that people do not disturb me with messages" hmm I am rwally curious why teams and outlook dont work. Maybe you can give a solution 😂

Okay... And one more scenario with my experience if teams or zoom is not working on a machine or can't download its because some have Windows S mode so it should be turned off to use it.
