    Great sequence! Thanks
The only suggestion is to advise your audience that if they have problems with high blood pressure then they should stay away from breath of fire. The session can easily ends up for them at the emergency room.
    Thanks again

I will coment in all videos. 😅 But this was awesome. I love it. I feel soooooo much better now. I mean, i start do yoga to help my anxiety and depression and it's make a big difference.
So thank you for sharing this.
    Namaste.

Love how good this flow felt, Practiced this one again today, and it felt equally good. Also really enjoyed that this 3rd chakra class was not a focus on fitness-style "hard core abwork". Yoga includes core-work naturally., and I love how you let it be that way. Naturally strong, focused, calm and soothing. Yum.

I came to this session feeling quite sluggish and tired and I can't believe how energised and refreshed I feel. I woke up feeling full of energy rather than sleepy and not wanting to get up! I obviously need to concentrate more on my solar plexus/3rd Chakra.
Will definitely come back to this session again and similar work-outs.

Yesterday I was 10 minutes into this when my kids woke up from their nap. Today I watched your breath of fire tutorial before trying it again from the beginning. I haven't sweat like that in a long time. At first I almost cramped up my diaphragm doing the breath, but when I slowed down and focused on the area only around my navel it was crazy.

I am such a huge fan of yours and this video was wonderful (Solar Plexus may just be my favourite to work with too).
On top of anxiety and depression, I really struggle with interoception and proprioception-your routines and prompts help me be more aware of my internal and external states and it's honestly the best therapy on top of the enjoyment of yoga itself.
I always learn something new from you. Particularly when it comes to plank-planking was easy! But your prompts throughout your videos made it increasingly challenging... ..until it was something better than easy again; I am more attuned and more connected, and I work always toward that balanced state of ease and effort. The new insight from today: "draw the inner and outer heel back"...What?! Amazing! Another layer of awareness helping me align.
Thank you for sharing yourself and your practice with the world. Blessings from South Africa.
    ~ Namaste

I hope you have became families with the left hand. Now I will teach you the basics of right hand. In right hand, put your little finger on return. Put your ring finger on l. Put your middle finger on k. Put your finger that is closest to your thumb on j. You know, typing in America has became really popular. If you want to learn the more complicated stuff if you haven't before then there is a typing app and there are typing toys which requires typing if you want to learn it and if you haven't learned it before.
Thank you all for all your work.
    Thank you for this video.
Also, I have seen that you have posted the yoga for acne video and the yoga for digestion and yoga for constipation.
Thank you very much for everything.

Have you ever learned typing before? I know it is beautiful. I am an expert at it! I love typing that much. Please read this comment and then reply. Anyway, I will just put the basic steps in this comment because in a comment or reply we can't put each and every step. (Middle place of the keyboard). (Use left hand for this section. First, place your little finger on the letter a on the keyboard. Just go with your fingers. Use your ring finger for s on the keyboard. Use your middle finger for d on the keyboard. Then, place your finger that is the closest to your thumb (I don't know the name for that) (anyway you know) on f. Then kinda stretch the finger the closest to your thumb to g and h.
