I do the exact same thing here, but I use a cast iron skillet and put the veg on the bottom and the meat on top. The skin crisps on the chicken, and the chicken flavor goes into the veg. This is good with green beans or thinly sliced cabbage and swap out pork chops or sausages for the chicken.
For anything that will be going into pan or oven, better to use avocado oil or ghee, as olive oil deteriorates when used in heated dishes. Love the sheetpan ideas, saves lots of prep, and also cleanup, cheers!
I REALLY love the Keto diet. The first year (about 25 years ago before it was all the rage) I lost over 80 pounds and never put them back on again... BECAUSE I STICK TO THE DIET RELIGIOUSLY, I never have to do IF (intermittent fasting). When I say I stick to the diet, I mean not a single morsel has gone into my mouth for 25 years that isn't keto. I see a lot of people who are on the keto diet and have no clue as to what it really is... and they either lose and regain, or never lose. They are a mess!
Such quick and easy ideas! 👍🏻 Roasted broccoli is one of my favorite side dishes. Would love to see the finished pans out of the oven or even plated up! Do you have a Facebook group or is everyone sharing on your page? Not sure if I missed it in the video!
I feel for the husband. I used to *love* garlic, so much that I was adding raw cloves in my smoothies (I ate it so much that I couldn't even taste it in the smoothie; I just liked the sharp bite, and how it added to my feelings of satiation). Then post-recovery from my loss of smell after the second time I contracted covid, the smell of garlic now repulses me. I will still eat it, but when my husband cooks with it now, I have to open up every window in the place to air it out, because the smell just makes me feel nauseated.
Urgent question! I thought I was being so proactive by putting this together this morning for tonight but then I realized I was put my broccoli on top of the raw chicken. Will that be a problem sitting all day like that in the refrigerator until I bake it tonight?🤪
@@NickiSparkles you basically put the chicken in a bowl filled with water, lemon slices (to squeeze the juice out of it), or lemon juice and salt, and leave it for at least 5 minutes and then wash it with water. You can even add ginger powder to the mixture ;)
I really like the recipes and am excited to try them. However, please remind your audience to wash raw meats after removing from store packaging to prevent food borne illness. Food poisoning is the last thing anyone needs during this pandemic. Thanks for the great recipes!
I noticed years ago and still wonder 'till today, why is in american Kitchen powdered Garlic so common, it is very poor in taste and has none of its haelth benefits anymore. I promise, if once fresh Garlic is used you'll never go back to Powder again.
This video could have been done in 5 minutes, just cause we,re locked in doesn’t mean we want to spend 20 minutes watching food prep, but enjoyed this ideas,
Ma'am we really appreciate what you are doing but it is agregious to take raw chicken out of a packag and cook it directly without cleaning it. It is simply not the right thing to do.
This is a great way to prep two meals at the same time, saving energy, dishwashing, and uses vegetables on hand. Very helpful to me, thanks!
so glad you're back to making videos...yours are the ones that got me started
I love the simplicity of these sheet pan meals!
Your channel was in my video feed and I’m so glad. You have given me so many ideas. Thank you.

He foresees what you need before you say it! What a helper!
Would also like to see the finished dish.
pro tip: you can watch series on flixzone. I've been using it for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.
@Bodie Titan Definitely, have been using flixzone} for years myself :D

Really wanted to see the finished product after you cooked it, seems like the veges would cook faster than the meat.
Me too!!! 😢
Thank you for doing this. I get so tired of cooking and coming up with ideas.
Thank you for this video. This is very insightful.
I am loving that you are doing this! Thanks!
Excellent. Thank you.

I don't have an oven available to use... what recipes can you recommend for a keto beginner?
You didn’t show the finish and a taste test.

I haven't heard from you in so long. This is the first time a video popped up in my feed. And it says it's from a year ago. Are you still doing keto?
I have never cooked brat before, what flavor do you have?

You should try washing the chicken with salt and lemon before baking them. Better results. Thanks for your efforts!
Can you explain what you mean? Do you soak the chicken in a bottled lemon juice and salt mixture or something else?

I was wondering why the chicken was not washed prior to putting it in the sheet pan.
Just because you stopped making videio's I presume you are awaken, welcome to new earth.

Don’t wash chicken!
cooking kills germs

Never mind...I just took the broccoli off and cooked it. I’ll put it back on tonight for a brief time.

Why don't you google a recipe for Italian Seasoning? I've been making mine and many others for years.
Can I ask how much weight have you lost on keto?
What :( no finish dish After you cook them !
UGH... It took for ever to get to the and, what a disappointment to not see the finished product!
Long video and Please wash all meats under cold water before cooking! Butcher houses are Nasty 🤢
