- I am always in search of bread that is gluten free and dairy free. Let's talk about the expense of breads shall we, so I decided it is best to make by own. I am sharing with you a quick and easy recipe using only three ingredients. Have fun with different seasoning and change up the sizes of the wraps. These can be put in the freezer for a later time, but if your like me you will eat them all.
I have a couple gifts for you. Click the link below⬇️

2 cups oats
2 cups water
Blend..
Add spices..
Cook & enjoy
I think she put 4 cups of water since she added 2 cups twice
Would be great with some nutritional yeast, black pepper and chives mixed in.
So glad you mentioned nutritional yeast. Didn’t think of that! 👍🏾
I love oats and go through them like water, I use them in everything! You're so right, commercial wraps are pricy and also filled with unwanted ingredients. I've recently started making wraps with half oats and half red lentils or split mung beans for the benefits of each, but my issue has been that my electric stove is so hard to regulate. The pan is either too cool and everything sticks, or else I burn everything, no happy medium! I find baking oblong wraps on a silicon sheet in the rectangular shallow pan that came with my little convection oven for a few minutes works better for me. I like the shape better to roll a big stuffed salad wrap too. Also, if I want crackers I just score them into squares and bake again at a lower temp until crispy. Versatile!
YESSS! OATS R SO VERSATILE, I ALSO USE THEM A LOT. ... CRACKERS, COOKIES, BREADS, PUDDINGS, CREAMY CEREAL, OVERNIGHT OATS...
SORRY ABOUT YOUR STOVE ISSUE.

Try adding just 1 Tablespoon of Tapioca flour. Gives it flexibility and binds the mixture.
I have the same problem with my electric stove. Your comment is very interesting. I enjoyed reading it,😊
What temperature?
@@barbarabrockman5077 350 F or so til firm.
Thank you…easy and tasty….I love lentil wraps
Thank you , love this gluten free suggestion! And that you can play with your own seasoning and preferred flavoring! Much appreciated! ❤
Love this video! I turned the volume off and just followed what you were doing. Thanks for making such a helpful video!
Great recipe, but please get rid of that background music
Too late. You can see the video and hear.
YES! Bloody horrible
Just what I was going to comment on too. Gave up watching the video so repetitive 🤯
What a great idea!🎉
Going to try this; liked and subscribed!
These look similar to something we had in England many moons ago but without the seasonings, I used to love then when they where soft with plenty of butter and probably honey or jam. My mother would let then dry out so they where more like a biscuit and eat them with cheese, Also they were much bigger and oval shape.
the music in the background is horrifying
fast repetitive and severly annoying. Please turn off music.
Thank you for sharing. 😊
Thanks Sally❤❤❤😊🐾🐾🐾🐾❤❤❤
The background music is quite distracting and makes it hard to understand what you are saying
I totally agree. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to make and upload some great videos, but I wish they would do away with the background music. More often than not, they detract from and do not enhance the video.
Came here to say this.
I would say the seasoning is a pinch NOT a teaspoon and definitely NOT a Tablespoon as that is about 1 cup of batter.
I was thinking the same, a few dashes at best, but nowhere near a tsp... which might be pretty excessive anyway.
If you lift your pan and swirl it that way it won’t have thinner spots and break .
Thank you😀
Cut the music 🎵👍🏻
Music is too laud and disturbing
OMG
I THOUGHT I'D GONE DEAF !!
There's no way that's a tsp of seasonings way less😊
Those flowers on the counter bug me so bad. Most ppl would clear off a counter too cook. Save flowers for the table
What did you do with the batter in the 3rd bowl? After placing it i that bowl, you didn't show anything being done with it.
Mine don’t get done inside
Can't watch the back ground music 😢
@Sally Cimino can u do this with quick oats
I have not tried quick oats. The research I did always suggested oats.
@@TheSallyCimino Thankhz Sally
What are the ingredients? You said a little more than 3 ingredients.notseeing a list
To really get healthy, don't use salt.
Would these be low carb?
no
You can’t see the video
Awful background music and misleading thumbnail pic. Whats in the thumbnail are not oats wraps.
Very misleading thumbnail - not signing up 👎
