Puffy left LA and didn't make the initial call to Ms. Wallace. He may have thought he was a target as well. Biggie had no business in LA nor at the vibe party. There was too much animosity and tension between rappers at that time. Bad boy's presence in the area was not a good choice. Puffy can say they were young. However, they were far from being dumb stupid, and slow. I'm now understanding his mental health struggles and his sadness as well as losses in the last years. RIP BIG.
