This channel is going places. Smart guy, clearly. The note-taking app/procrastination video was a favorite so far, for sure. All those meta-productivity apps trick a LOT of people into thinking they're being productive, or doing the same thing as working. You were very insightful about it. Keep up the intense consistency and consistent intensity. =]
Consistency is the most important part but intensity is the multiplier. [ Productivity = Consistency x Intensity ] Example 1 (High Consistency): \[ Productivity_{high} = 9 \times 5 \] In this scenario, with high consistency (represented by 9), and moderate intensity (represented by 5), the overall productivity is 45. Example 2 (Zero Consistency): \[ Productivity_{zero} = 0 \times 10 \] In this case, with zero consistency, even a high intensity level (represented by 10) doesn't contribute to productivity, resulting in a productivity value of 0.
He says it's different for everyone, but I remember him mentioning that he prefers to start working right away. Try whatever gets you focused as early as possible! Personally I prefer working out after work
@@DarlaBaltazar Yeah I'm thinking the same. I start work early and I'm having some success working out mid afternoon (when I hit the slump) then doing more work afterwards. I find if I leave my workout to the evening it's less likely to happen, and if I schedule it for first thing in the morning I tend to procrastinate.
I like to keep things fresh by alternating between consistent intensity and intense consistency 💪
How are these videos not blowing up? Awesome content...
I don't know why but the way you think about productivity is so relatable for me, keep it up brother

Love your videos! ❤
Sam Matla, do you think it's more important to start work as soon as possible? Or exercise first then start work?
