I don't think she was even used last Hovercraft, at least in the speedruns. Not really sure why, maybe it's because the forced movement messes up the stack building, especially with how slow Maki is to reposition. For me having C.Hare just lets me borrow a second Mika instead of borrowing Meru.

so summer ui just get replaced by hare?
