Motown Music Piano Medley

- Hey people,
So I was recently in Las Vegas and had the pleasure of seeing an amazing group called "Human Nature." Basically, they're strangely enough four Australian white guys who have perfected their performance to the point that they have sold out shows in Vegas for years. I figured, hey if they can do justice to Motown then so can I!
Obviously the music is amazing and just timeless. Hearing Motown always puts me in a good mood. I started with the oldies and made my way toward some of the newer hits (ie endless love from the 80's and So Hard to say Goodbye to Yesterday, which although was written in the 70's supposedly became more popular in the early 90's when performed by Boyz II Men). Anyway, I hope you enjoy the music -- let me know what you think!

How I wish you were you were my son! Your beautiful, natural, gifted talent makes me smile, laugh, and cry! I am a piano teacher and have only had about 4 truly gifted students over the past 21 years! I was a teen in the 1960's.
Wonderful, If there is an instrument in the hands of a skilled musician greater than the piano, I've not heard it. The piano can take your mind to a magical place, if only for a few minutes. Thanks for the melodies !!!!

This is one of my favorite medleys of yours! Long live Motown! :) By the way, have you considered doing a full Boyz II Men medley? They have gorgeous melodies that I believe would lend themselves well to piano instrumentals.
I don't know if you're still around any more. But I'd love to see a Burt Bacharach medley. Great playing!

what's wrong with a white piano? who cares, the guy can really play. I enjoyed your playing Motown music is my all time favorite. Keep doing your music, and keep playing your white piano (Jeez adults can be like little kids sometimes)

Hey pianodoc82, I want to give you a wholehearted recommendation to record this with a different microphone. I'm hearing a lot of compression and I'm wondering whether you applied it - then you need to be more gentle perhaps - or the microphone can't take the dynamic range you're playing - then there it's my recommendation to switch for a better microphone - or is it just RUclips compressing everything?
This is a heavy use of chords used for accompaniment. No melody line??
