The original Doctor Zhivago is my #1 movie. A story of love at first sight during the Russian Revolution. Doctor Zhivago saw Lara and knew he had found true love. They had different zip codes but love found a way. They both married different people but love could not keep them apart. The struggles in life each character played. The physical abuse Lara endured from the villain Victor Komarovsky and later the verbal abuse and abandonment from her husband Pasha is relatable to a lot of women trapped in bad relationships. Doctor Yuri Zhivago was her only true love and she was his. Love the movie and the theme music. A masterpiece to treasure for all time. ❤️✝️❤️

"The beauty of Russia" is truly ≪THE BEAUTY OF SPAIN≫ because 90% of this movie was filmed in Madrid and Soria province of Castilla🏰Geraldine Chaplin was only 22 years old when David Lean cast her in the role of Dr. Zhivago's wife.
