If I can pay for a one-time license of Windows on my desktop at home, why can’t I do the same with a copy of Windows that runs on someone’s else’s machine? Microsoft makes it more complicated than it needs to be. I remember while studying for my MCSA certification, I had to decipher the byzantine Windows license for Terminal Services where the price depended on how many CPUs were on the physical machine instead of the motherboard. In my eye, a machine is a motherboard regardless if the board has one or multiple CPUs. When the CPUs got the multicore treatment, things got even more complicated.

EDIT: "Setup" fee is like cell phone companies charging an "activation" fee. LOL It's all done electronically, doesn't involve any human interactions. But it's cool.. the price is low enough. :)

Hello, if your problem is the connection (arround 27:30 min) try to uncheck the "Allow me to save..." box. You should be able to edit. Idk if that help

@@paulokietayot its slow. I have 200mbps locally, and the VPS mentioned on this video also offer 200mbps which the one I bought. But its so slow. latency of 80-90 ms.
