It appears a lot of people are having issues with this achievement on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One, I will look into this issue and keep you updated on the issue.
Please note that this video was recorded with the PC version of the game.
There is still an issue u get the award but not the goat
Really I got the achievement but not the goat
DrewR18 If you clicked on the annotation to view the updated video you would now know that you cannot get the goat on Xbox, the goat unlocks after picking up the first block, if you don't get the goat when picking up that block, you simply wont ever get the goat. Well, unless you buy the PC version.
I got all blocks, it said it was unlocked but I can't use it :(

I have not played the Xbox One version of this, so I am sorry but I have no clue why the achievement doesn't work.
I recommend contacting the developers directly regarding this issue.

You can only find the blocks once if you can on ps4 only it seems that you can do it once since some, after taking all the cubes then they disappear or they go from different places.
I just got it on Consol but this is like six years in the future so it kind of makes sense
