I'm using this motion offense, it's really good. I found it to be more successful when I started the wings in the deep corner, I put more space between the two slots, and positioned the five in the dunkers spot, opposite of the ball. Same principles tho, its a nightmare for middle school teams to stop. Last but not least I also teach out of this motion offense to have my wings lift up on the positive sign of the ball ( slot position area) when we get deep dribble penetration, stopped by help defense. This open up driving lanes or shots from the slot area. Also gets looks on the weak side with ball reversal.
2-Guard Front (2 teammates above the Top of Key OUTSIDE BOTH LANE LINES = 2 SLOTS). Open Post Motion Offense means the ballside low post is empty. 1st pass across the top is a Guard-to-Guard Pass.
Would work for both, but primarily effective against a man. The post needs to make sure to seal in the gaps for it to be effective against a zone. And the screens to screen the zone, not the man. Hope that makes sense
Ran this out last 2 games and scored the most points we have all season. Thanks for sharing!

You must have a cooler dentist than me.
Hard to focus on what you are saying because the background music is far too loud, especially when it came to the rules.
Agreed, pls remove the background music!
