If you don't have 5 players to get up and down with I would focus on repping the specific actions within the offense such as the post entry + split action, the slot ball screen and playing off the catch.
Yes, we just instilled this for a 6th grade team and within the first three weeks they are understanding it foundationally. They will just need to keep getting more reps. Work on jump stop drills, passing drills, and show them live and on paper.
Great video, and explanations are simple and precise. Looking forward to the rest of your videos.
Love this video. Thanks for the breakdown.
Awesome video and breakdown 👌
Great video! I have 1 question that is off topic.... Is it me or did the player double dribbled at the 7:15 mark.
Proved to me that I’m stupid for thinking there was a 7:15 minute mark
What are ways to practice this offense individually? For each player, when you dont have all 5 to practice with ?

Is this simple enough for a Ms team

Good stuff.
Wouldn't you call that like a 2-2-1 Offense, as opposed to 4-Out? I have no clue.
it's just a 4 Out 1 In. 4 outside of the perimeter and 1 inside. Key is spacing, so key word is 4 OUT.
great vid
Knicks need to hire Jay Wright as the next HC
