Thanks. In this video you can hear mix between external mic (Rode NT5) and Yamaha Atmosfeel pickup. There's more microphone, but pickup also sounds very natural, almost like microphone :)

@@yanz_77Maybe I did string action adjustment by myself, but I'm not sure because I just don't remember. Factory setup was really good and guitar didn't need any changes to be playable.

Intonation is correct. Of course strings are important for intonation. Old set won't be as good as brand new one.
