Basically, how to take a brand new beginner thrower who has never held a discus before to doing a full competition throw in 7 days of practice. This is a MONSTER of a video series and something that has been asked for by all of you for a very long time. So sit back and watch and take notes!

Awesome. That's a really good improvement. 37 for outdoor?
@@EliteThrowsCoaching yeah, she did pretty well....and this was after coming down with Covid and not practicing for a week and recovering....so pretty cool....37 ft for the outdoor season? LOL!...I mean, I don't know, maybe....I would be happy if she got to 36 ft....the school record there is low 38s.......sooooo, who knows, maybe next year she might make a run at it....first meet is April 1st......crossing fingers for decent weather LOL!
