basicly okei...honestly Todokanai Koi not so good as game's opening version...add wind instruments at todokanai koi feels kind of strange, and the piano still use some classical music technique as accanpany which makes it stranger...in a live's After All Tsuzuru Omoi , prelude's violin gave me an impact, and as a fact I was addicted with that.while violas is also suitable, let violin's voice do the Afterall Tsuzuru Omoi prelude job can show the struggling, painful memory in a better way.
Sorry, one year late. Not a professional as well, but this is as best for an orchestra of that level to perform White Album 2 music. You should be happy even one exists. Yeah, the addition of wind instruments for 届かない恋 felt odd, but I think it works best since it is used by an orchestra, whereas the original ver. of the song could be performed with just less than 10 musicians (maybe digitally) The way the music is conveyed is all right, especially it's classical-esque technique. It gives off a vibe synonymous with the pianist heroine in this game. The original game soundtrack uses some classical elements as well, so I think it is fine. Only problem that I have is the execution of the music by the performers. The pianist did a really great job for this one, but the wind instrument musicians performed somewhat subpar in some sections. The drums also did a terrible job when it came to the songs 届かない恋, WHITE ALBUM, and related. This recording is almost 7 years old though. I hope this orchestra has become better after all these years.
