This would work for a couple with kids, but adults would tire of going to bed on their hands and knees. The shower is unusually large, so I would use half of it to fit a recessed fridge, and then use that bit of wall space for a table and chairs.

I agree. Don't like a refrigerator that faces the living room. I'd want a stackable washer/dryer to butt up on the backside of a recessed refrigerator (facing kitchen) so they faced the inside of the bathroom. There's a lot of space between the vanity and shower so the toilet could be moved over a little to make room for the shower access. I wouldn't need a shower that large as it is in the drawing.

This design is as cute as a bug. I like the angles and the windows a lot. Some design decisions confuse me and I think some resizing/reworking would fix the concerns raised here. A nice retreat to get away from it all - would vacation here!

This home is capable of sleeping 6-7 (sofa) and has only 1 bathroom? The kitchen is too small to place the refrigerator in it but yet a big storage space is lost under the breakfast bar? Loft access is not really the safest either but it has ample room.

Sleeping 6/7 people is not safe at all.

@@USNBLUE With 4 upstairs and 3 downstairs? It would be harder for the upper level to evacuate in the event of a fire.

@@USNBLUE I actually own a telescoping ladder that I kept right under a bedroom window when sleeping on the second level. Although my current living situation is all on the ground floor, I still own it. Actually planning or hoping to buy/build in the mountains within the next year and want a loft primarily for guests

Dům, kde má více lidí, nemá předsíň, není kam odložit kabáty, boty atd, malá kuchyň a ke spánku lézt po žebříku není ani bezpečné a pro starší lidi i nepřijatelné.

No oven. Not safe for multiple people. It would be a death sentence if a fire broke out. Absolutely zero closets for clothes. It’s a cute oversized doll house.
