Try some lock-tite for the headlight bolts. I'm about to buy the 3.0 and most complaints I see are about nuts and bolts loosening on the light and fenders. That's the least of worries, and part of regular maintenance on any powered vehicle.

The headlight loosening issue isn’t that big of a deal, gives me a reason to work on it and get closer with the bike haha… But i guess a complaint i have with my particular bike is that people dont see you on the road much with their cars! I recommend wearing high visibility clothing!

For your lite moving down, just put a rough lock washer is there from a hardware store. I put one in and mine has not budged at all.

the light needs to go on the frame, where the 4 screws are. the fender bounces the elite light around too much. mine always flops over
